Hello, welcome to my page.

I started my career in residential home sales in 2006 before moving over to residential lending in 2018 as a loan processor. My care and dedication to our customers is top priority! I am active in my community and have previously done volunteer work at the University of Arizona’s Cancer Research Center. I reside in Phoenix with my husband, two daughters, and grandchildren. I am an avid hiker, a busy grandma, and enjoy spending time with my family.

Our Loan Process

1: Pre-Approval

A loan pre-approval sets you up for a smooth home buying experience.

2: Shop

Start working with a real estate agent and viewing homes.

3: Loan Application

A few documents are needed to get a loan file through underwriting.

4: Loan Processing

Assemble all the necessary paperwork and details for the underwriter.

5: Underwriting

They closely evaluate all the documentation in the loan package.

6: Closing

Documents are drawn and sent to the title company for closing.
